Adina has a B.Sc Honours Degree in Human Communication and has been involved in training for over ten years.

Adina's experience involved designing and delivering contextualised modular development programmes across all sectors. Her areas of specialism are Communciation Skills, Effective Presentations, Speech and Drama, Personal Effectiveness, Coaching/Mentoring, Mastering Change, Handling Conflict, Motivation, Performance Management, Customer Service and Telephone Techniques.

Adina has gained vast experience in the use of assessment methods against standards to evaluate training and employee development. Adina is a registered Internal Verifier/ Assessor and works closely with Awarding bodies such as Institute of Leadership and Management, OCR, Edexel and Hospitality Awarding Body.
