Mary is based in East Harling, Norfolk.

Mary specialises in attitude training: Toughness, Leadership and Relationship Management. She designs and leads transformational change interventions helping people to make changes in their assumptions and attitudes. She works at board level and senior management level providing insights, building relationships, coaching executives and developing leadership behaviour.

She is a licensed coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence, Whole Brain Thinking, Accelerated Learning Techniques, Myers Briggs, Belbin Team roles and Resilience.

Prior to setting up Mind Associates, she previously worked as a training specialist with the Institute of Public Administration in Dublin and as business consultant in the Northern Ireland Civil Service.

Mary regularly speaks at seminars and conferences and is passionately committed to the principles of lifelong learning. Mary has developed a reputation as an excellent trainer who blends challenge and fun in the training room.
