Profile: Neil Mitchell, Associate

Neil Mitchell has been a MIND Associate since 2007.

Neil has a B.A. Honours in Business Studies and Masters in Business Administration. He is currently studying for a PhD in Innovation Management and co-written six published business papers.

Neil is the Director of PST Charitable Trust; he works on a part-time basis providing guidance, advice and experience for a Charitable Trust. Duties include governance, policy and strategy, funding and financial planning, operation planning, performance measures, establishing policies, procedures and structures.

Neil works closely with and developing SMEs. His areas of specialism are Innovation Management; Organisational Analysis and Development; Strategic Planning; Total Quality Management; Auditing; Change Management; Communications, HR Development and Training; International Consultancy; Marketing and Marketing Communications and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to name but a few.

Key areas of work to-date include:
